Noah Haverkamp is still young and plans on receiving a masters in music when the time is right – hopefully within this decade! He supports himself as a chef at the Mudspot in the Lower East Side, and, recently engaged to the brilliant Jill Frere, a dancer, gradually pursues spiritual and musical enlightenment. Except for a recording of his unpolished String Quartet by the Portland String Quartet during his senior year at Colby College, where he received a B.A. in Philosophy in 1995, he has had no performances of his chamber music. However, his piano solo Ivory Billed Woodpecker is to be performed this spring at an NYCC concert.
